“So Many Opportunities, So Little Time”
Hi All,
As the title suggests, I spent some time this evening looking around the internet looking for business opportunities. There are so many claims that it can make your head spin, from eighteen year old kids claiming to live in big expensive mansions with boats and sports cars parked in the driveway (of course there is no picture that includes them with the proof of success, go figure?) to people selling virtually everything.
I guess that is what excites me about internet marketing. Think about it ten years ago many of these opportunities didn’t exist anywhere in the world! Today I found a site that will custom print shirts, mugs, hundreds of items with my artwork on them, so they are totally my creation. They will also provide a web space to sell them with their store.
Can you imagine going into a local shirt shop, and asking them to custom print one shirt with your design on it and put it in their window to sell? Oh yeah, ask them to do it all for free. Imagine the shop keeper face when you then ask to keep the profits, I can almost hear the yelling as they boot you out of the store. This is one business that never could have happened without the internet.
I am so excited about the potential of the internet that you wouldn’t believe. With just a little work, I can’t even call it hard work since typing on my computer isn’t all that hard, anyone can become successful on the net.
This Blog is a perfect example, I have done absolutely nothing to promote it. I mentioned Google Analytics in yesterdays post, and I had just completed installing it to track my traffic to this site. Today I looked and I was amazed that there have been over 22 page views with the average lasting over 10 minutes?? There isn’t that much content here but I am very glad you like it, whoever you are.
